Seahawks welcome S&C Coach, Mr Mike Brake to BCS to help all academy pupils with their specific sport Strength and Conditioning. Mr Blake will not only help you target specific areas on the day, but can help with a training program and exercises going forward.
We will be concentrating on Jump programs, explosive speed and footwork, core strength and Cardio endurance.
The sessions will run from 12:30 - 1:15 on both a Tuesday and Wednesday lunchtimes. [Due to spaces, we may split into 2 distinct groups, so you either train Tues OR Wed, but lets see how the first weeks go]. Please, all squad members should attend at least one session per week. Arrive in suitable clothing.
This week is TUESDAY ONLY, due to a prior arrangement for Mr Brake.
